Core Responsibilities

1. Financial Reporting: Accurate and timely financial and management reporting is paramount. We prepare detailed financial statements, analyses and management reports for stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

2. Budgeting and Budget Collation: We develop comprehensive budgets that reflect the strategic priorities of the organization. Our team provide financial performance quarterly and yearly for the organization, helping to plan and allocate scarce resources effectively.

3. Accounting and Auditing: Our department manages all accounting functions, including accounts payable, receivable, and personnel payroll. Regular auditing by internal auditors is conducted quarterly and yearly to maintain transparency effectively.

4. Treasury and Investment Management: We oversee cash flow, manage investments, and optimize the use of financial resources. Our goal is to ensure liquidity while maximizing returns on investments.

5. Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating financial risks is a key priority. We implement robust risk management strategies to protect the organization from potential financial threats.
